3S's

Sort, set, sweep.
My room is a complete mess, in there I keep stuff that I don't use anymore like my ex's gifts and exams from first year of highschool and so on...here are the 3 S "process" to follow for cleaning an specific area and that is used for lean manufacturing.

*Sort: I must throw away and recycle all the papers that I don't use anymore and clear the spaces that are full of them to using them in a better way.
*Set: In this step, I must find a place for each thing I wan to organize, for example a place for reusable papers and notebooks, a place for books, a place for personal stuff etc.
*Sweep: In this step all the things that I would not use anymore would have to be thrown away directly to the trash and the mess will go away.
